1、Efficiently study the biological effects of target genes by transfecting overexpression plasmids, such as EGFP fusion vectors.
2、For primary cells (e.g., neurons, cardiomyocytes, stem cells, immune cells) and suspension cells that are difficult to transfect using conventional methods such as lipofection or electroporation, nano-needle transfection often demonstrates significant advantages, providing higher transfection efficiency and improved cell viability.
3、Efficiently deliver chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) or T cell receptor (TCR) genes into T cells (CAR-T, TCR-T) or NK cells (CAR-NK) for cancer immunotherapy. Nano-needle transfection offers the potential to enhance engineering efficiency while minimizing impacts on cell viability.
Cells were transfected with GFP DNA using UniquePOKE®, and cell viability and transfection efficiency were assessed 24–48 hours post-transfection.
