Intracellular Delivery & Cell Engineering

Efficient delivery of molecules and materials into living cells is crucial for developing next-generation therapies, especially in clinical cell treatment. The cell membrane serves as a natural barrier, protecting cells but also limiting engineering with synthetic materials. Our technology overcomes this challenge by enabling targeted delivery of therapeutic molecules and genetic materials into human cells, supporting precise gene editing or knockout, and high-throughput expression of exogenous proteins.

Our innovative biochip technology provides researchers and clinicians with safe, convenient, and efficient access to the intracellular environment, empowering the development of next-generation cell-based therapies.

Technology list

Conventional methods, such as liposome transfection, are largely ineffective in primary neurons, with efficiencies below 3%. At ANRim, our scientists have optimized intracellular delivery and cell engineering technologies specifically for neuronal cells.
Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are a type of stem cell generated by artificially reprogramming adult somatic cells, such as skin or blood cells, back to a pluripotent state.
Immunotherapy represents a frontier in the treatment of cancer and other diseases. At ANRim, our scientists engineer lymphocytes to enhance the production of clinically valuable cells, ultimately benefiting patients.
